Our story

Our story

PE holds. Made for setting. Made for climbers.

From the team behind Impact Route Setting.

We have spent our working lives in climbing walls: listening to climbers, working with setters and handling thousands of holds. We understand the small details that can make a set of holds invaluable to a setting team—or leave them sitting untouched in the hold store.

That experience shapes every PACT collection.

No unnecessary features. No shapes created simply to fill a catalogue. Every hold has a reason to exist.

Why PE? PE deserves better. PE remains an essential part of climbing walls around the world. It is durable, sustainable and capable of delivering a huge variety of climbing. But while climbing and route setting have continued to evolve, the design of many PE holds has been left behind. We created PACT to change that.

A modern approach

PACT combines the durability and practicality of traditional PE holds with a contemporary approach to shape, texture and movement.

Carefully considered profiles, subtle details and shapes that remain useful long after their first set.

Holds that create endless sequences.
Holds that work across different angles and grades.
Holds that setters return to again and again.

Designed through collaboration

The best climbing holds are created through a shared process. We work with experienced shapers whose ideas and styles we believe in, combining their creativity with the practical knowledge of working route setters.

The result is climbing that feels distinctive without becoming restrictive: recognisable shapes with enough depth and adaptability to keep producing new movement.

Our PACT

PACT is our commitment to make better PE holds.
To respect the people who shape them.
To understand the people who set with them.
To create meaningful experiences for the people who climb on them.
And to build collections that earn their place on the wall.

Designed by setters. Shaped for movement. Built to be used.
